While Posh training may not be mandatory for everyone, it is a legal requirement in many countries to prevent workplace harassment and discrimination. It is recommended that individuals check with their organization or employer to see if they are required to take the training. Even if it is not mandatory, it is highly encouraged to participate in the training to promote a safe and inclusive work environment.
