The key to retaining talent is by providing them with support and motivation. Organizations should conduct regular surveys to understand their employees better & act on them.

Niraj advises future leaders to inculcate a habit of listening. Listening to your employees, business, team leaders, and stakeholders gives a new perspective & also resolves the challenges faced.
