Tanya D Souza is a psychologist turned people person and currently brings her 6+ years of work experience to Lummo (formerly BukuKas) where she helps growth-oriented entrepreneurs unlock their full potential through D2C SaaS solutions.

Post her Master's in Psychology, she was looking for a more exciting and engaging role, and HR felt like the last piece of the puzzle. She describes the HR field as challenging, engaging, and exciting. Prior to joining Lummo, she worked at GSN Games and Recko, Inc.
