Saurabh has worked in HR roles at many organisations including Cairn Oil and Gas and Ecom Express and also worked at the New Delhi Institute of Management. He has an overall work experience of fourteen years. He did his Bachelor of Engineering from the Delhi College of Engineering and his PG in Human Resource Management from XLRI Jamshedpur.
