Aparna graduated from National Law School of India, Bangalore, and started her career in a law firm, in 2005. She has over 18 years of professional experience, and is one of the leading advisors in the areas of diversity & inclusion, gender impact investing, anti sexual harassment (PoSH) law and corporate law. She founded the Samāna Centre which works towards empowering women (and men), transgender persons and the LGBTQ community.
