“A recruiter should make their own pool for candidates. And then they have to take references. It would be like you have to tap the person and you have to tap the market and accordingly, so that you can get the person for that particular role.”

She has an overall work experience of five years. She did her B.A Economics from the Khalsa College for Women and her M.A Economics from KLSD.
